ABC Vacation/Holiday Schedule


Thanksgiving:
Orders received after 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) Monday, November 24th will be processed on Saturday, November 29th.

Christmas/New Year's: Orders received after 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Tuesday, December 23rd will be processed on Monday, January 5th.







E-Mails
You can expect the e-mails below in the time frame indicated. Please check the Holiday/Vacation Schedule above which may after this schedule. If you do not receive these e-mails in the time frame indicated, please call or e-mail us to confirm your order status. Thank you.

Auto-responder E-mail is sent automatically immediately after submission of the Online Order Form.

Order Confirmation E-mail from Avery Baby Care is sent usually within 24 hours after receipt of the Online Order Form information. If additional information is required to process your order, it is included in this e-mail.

USPS Shipping Confirmation E-mail from the US Postal Service (if we used an Online Priority Mail label) is sent the same day they receive the package for shipping.

ABC Shipping Confirmation E-mail from Avery Baby Care is usually sent the same day we ship your order which is usually within 48 hours of receiving your order (except if more information is requested and during holidays and vacations as listed on the Product Pages).

Pricing Policies
Most ABC prices are listed 7-20% below suggested retail prices. Some vendors maintain online pricing policies to give all distributors a fair chance at selling their products. Because of this we cannot list all our product specials and/or clearance items online. Please fax or e-mail us for this list. Thank you.

Vendor Pricing Policies for their Consultants and Dealers:

Heart to Heart Designs for Mothering, Inc. - As an authorized consultant, we cannot sell their slings for less than 10% off their suggested retail price unless it is a Clearance pattern that is no longer available from them.

My Lil' Miracle - As an authorized consultant, we cannot sell their diapering or baby items for less than 10% off their suggested retail price unless it is a Clearance or Demo item. We are no longer buying new items from this vendor and have all their items at clearance pricing.

Medela, Inc . - In order to maintain MedelaŽ's premium brand image, Medela has unilaterally adopted the policy that it will not conduct business with anyone who resells or lists a price for any Pump In StyleŽ Breastpump model on the Internet.

- As an authorized dealer, we cannot accept returns on breastpumps. These are personal items and are considered sold and used once opened. 
Buyer Beware: Please select your breastpump purchases carefully. When unauthorized dealers sell these pumps for a cheaper price the warranties for those pumps become null and void. So if you were to purchase a defective (or used) pump or experience a malfunction, Medela will NOT honor any warranties associated with that pump.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards credit cards that have been authorized by an U.S. bank only and Money Orders. For our International customers we accept PayPal Online Payments only. 

- We have a secured server for your protection and discretion.

- The billing information MUST be confirmed and verified, to process your credit card order. If the name, address and zip do not match the actual card holders billing information, there will be a delay in processing your order. This is for your protection as well as, our protection against credit card fraud. 

- For credit card payments, we MUST have the 3 digit Card Identification Number found in the signature box on the back your credit card. The CID/CVV code is a required field on the Order Form. Thank you.

For PayPal payments, in the Special Instructions field on the Online Order Form, please indicate you are making a PayPal payment, then send the Total amount to e-mail address: dawn@averybabycare.com  (International orders and faster payment methods will incur additional fees, please refer to Shipping - Other Methods below BEFORE placing your order. Shopping Cart - Online Invoices

Due to the current Shopping Cart constraints your Online Invoice will reflect the following: 

We require your e-mail address and phone number on the order form in case we need to contact you to confirm billing or shipping information. If we cannot contact you, your order will be delayed or possibly cancelled. Thank you.

A Handling Fee of $2.50 for four items or less (or $5.00 for five items or more) and a Shipping Fee of $2.50 per pound with a $6.50 minimum shipping and handling fee charge. 

Shipping Fees indicated are for Orders WITHIN the Continental USA. If fees indicated are over $20.00, we will charge the maximum shipping fee of $20.00. Quicker and/or different shipping methods may cost more. 

Shipping Fees indicated for International orders (OUTSIDE the Continental USA) will  NOT reflect accurate shipping fees, please call or e-mail us for shipping rate information before placing your order. Thank you.







Shipping  - Priority Mail

We ship via Priority Mail (2-3 days) with Delivery Confirmation for all orders shipped in the Continental United States (except Hawaii and Alaska).
   - $6.50 for packages up to 1 lb. - minimum fee charged.
   - $7.50 for packages up to 2 lbs.
   - $10.00 for packages up to 3 lbs.
   - $12.50 for packages up to 4 lbs.
   - $15.00 for packages up to 5 lbs.
   - $17.50 for packages up to 6 lbs.
   - $20.00 for packages up to 7 lbs. 
   - $22.50 for packages up to 8 lbs.
   - $25.00 for packages up to 9 lbs. Maximum shipping rate.

Orders within the Continental USA which include a Pump In Style Breastpump are shipped for $20.00 via Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. All other breast pump orders are shipped based on the weight scale above. 

Insurance is included on all breastpump orders automatically. Someone will need to sign for an insured order. 

To add Insurance to other orders, please indicate how much insurance is requested in the Special Instructions section of the Order Form. Someone WILL need to sign for an insured order. 

Insurance Fees for Priority Mail:
    - $1.70 for orders up to $50
    - $2.15 for orders up to $100 
    - $2.60 for orders up to $200
    - $4.60 for orders up to $300 
    - $5.55 for orders up to $400
    - $6.50 for orders up to $500
    - $7.45 for orders up to $600

   
- $7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.







Shipping  - Other Methods
For Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian or other International orders, an additional shipping fee will be applied accordingly. Please phone, fax or e-mail us for shipping rate information before placing your order. Thank you.

To ship via Express Mail (overnight) please indicate in the Special Instructions section of the Order Form that you would like your order shipped overnight. Someone WILL need to sign for an Express Mail order unless you request the signature be waived. 

Express Mail Fees:
   
- up to $22 for packages less than a half pound - (minimum shipment rate)
    - up to $26 for packages up to 1 lb.
    - up to $28 for packages up to 2 lbs. (most items)
   
- up to $32 for packages up to 3 lbs.
    - up to $35 for packages up to 4 lbs.
    - up to $39 for packages up to 5 lbs.
    - Please call for pricing for packages over 5 lbs.

To add Insurance to Express Mail, please indicate how much insurance is requested in the Special Instructions section of the Order Form. Someone WILL need to sign for an insured order. 

Insurance Fees for Express Mail:
    - free for $100 insurance
    - add $2.50 for up to $500 insurance
    - add $4.00 for up to $1000 insurance
    - add $5.25 for up to $1500 insurance
    - add $6.50 for up to $2000 insurance

To ship UPS or FedEx (or any other shipping method) in the continental United States (except Alaska and Hawaii), an additional shipping fee will be applied accordingly. Please phone, fax or e-mail us for shipping rate information before placing your order.







Taxes
All Pennsylvania residents must add 7% sales tax (for Pittsburgh in Allegheny County is one percent higher than other counties) which will be automatically added to your invoice.






Return Policy

Personal items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened and/or used unless they are proven defective. Personal items include breast pumps and accessories, nursing bras, most breastfeeding items, panties, breast binders, maternity and postpartum supports, diapers and accessories, training pants and sanitary products.

Special Order items normally cannot be returned but can be exchanged for another size or more appropriate size or item.

Clearance items normally cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a more appropriate size or item. 

Shipping fees are not reimbursed for exchanges or returns. Thank you.

Exchanges: 
-
When necessary, unworn, unwashed items (bras, maternity and postpartum supports) can be exchanged for a more appropriate size. Please try these items on over bra pads and/or other undergarments and/or clothing as appropriate. 
- Please fold all supports carefully so that Velcro hooks only touch Velcro loops and do not touch the elastic. The Velcro hooks will pull the elastic then these supports would be considered worn.

Exchanges and Refunds MUST include a Return Authorization number.  Please e-mail or call us prior to returning an item for this authorization. The exchange/return item must include the original receipt and packaging and the item must be received in new condition. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Avery Baby Care based on the guidelines above. Thank you.
